RE: 2022 30th Annual James G. Murphy Golf Tournament Supporting St. Martin’s Programs
Dear Friends,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in the 30th Annual James G. Murphy Golf Tournament supporting the St. Martin’s Programs. We are excited to welcome all of you back in person this year on Thursday, August 4th at Harbour Pointe Golf Club!
This is a big milestone year for our organization – 30 years – and we are counting on all of you for a great turnout and hoping to raise $150,000 on behalf of the shelters. Your participation and contributions allow St. Martin’s Programs to offer the necessary support and shelters for those that rely on the services provided. And with your support, we’ve raised nearly $3.5 million dollars over 30 years to fulfill this mission of service.
We have an ambitious goal of raising $150,000 this year, and we need your help in achieving this goal. You can help in the following ways:
- Pull together a foursome and register using the ‘Register Today’ button above.
- If you are unable to play, we welcome your participation through a donation by using the ‘Donate!’ button above.
- We also welcome your donations of in-kind goods/services in support of our mission. Please contact St. Martin’s staff for more information.
For those of you familiar with our tournament format, there will be a few changes to this year’s tournament:
- The shotgun format will start at 1:30 PM at Harbour Pointe, and we invite you to arrive at 12:00 PM to get checked in and warmed up for a great day on the golf course;
- Rather than our traditional lunch and dinner buffets, we will feature a boxed lunch and heavy appetizers this year;
- In lieu of a live auction after your round of golf, there will be opportunities for you to pledge your support of our mission and our clients.
Please spread the word and gather your foursomes for a return to golf this year. We look forward to seeing you back on the course in early August!
